It seems with every passing year there is new advice about what is healthy to eat and what is not. New Zealand-born author Heather Morris shot to fame with her debut novel The Tattooist of Auschwitz in 2018. It tells the true story of Lale Sokolov, a Jew imprisoned at Auschwitz in 1942.
