Passionfruit & coconut slice MAKES 24 PIECES 1 cup self-raising flour½ cup icing sugar 2/3 cup desiccated coconut125g melted butter395g can sweetened condensed milk165ml can light coconut milk 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/3 cup strained passionfruit juice, 2 tsp pips reserved, plus 2 tbsp pulp extra 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Reflections from a stand-up guy We have two wonderful daughters aged 12 and 10. When it comes to getting out of the house on time, one is your typical dawdling preteen and the other is late.
