One-pan sausage bake SERVES 4 PREP & COOK TIME 40 MINUTES 8 thick beef sausages (1.2kg)2 medium yellow capsicums (400g), sliced thickly1 small red onion, cut into wedges375g cherry tomatoes2 cups (500ml) water1 cup (170g) instant polenta ¾ cup (180ml) cream¼ cup (20g) finely grated Parmesan¼ cup loosely packed small basil leaves 1 Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan. 2 Heat a large flameproof baking dish over high heat.
