3 cloves garlic, crushed2 teaspoons Moroccan spice mix2 teaspoons ground sumac, plus extra to sprinkle1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil3 small lemons, rind grated finely, then juiced500g chicken breast fillets½ cup (140g) low-fat natural Greek yoghurt1 wholemeal pita bread pocket1 small red onion, sliced thinly4 red radishes, sliced thinly3 medium Lebanese cucumbers, sliced thinly1 cup loosely packed mint leaves, chopped1 cup loosely packed flat-leaf parsley leaves,chopped2 medium iceberg lettuces, cored, leaves separated(see tip)
