Lazy crazy chocolate cake PREP + COOK TIME 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES (+ COOLING) SERVES 8 2 cups (300g) self-raising flour 1 cup (220g) caster sugar 1/3 cup (35g) cocoa powder 1 cup (250ml) water 2/3 cup (160ml) whole-egg mayonnaise 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract CHOCOLATE ICING ½ cup (125ml) pouring cream 100g milk chocolate, chopped coarsely 50g dark chocolate, chopped coarsely 1 Preheat oven to 160°C.
