My wife and I have decided we’re brunching out too often. To make up for this, I’m attempting to buy more interesting food at the supermarket. On a scale of one to 10, how stressed do you feel? Work, financial strains and relationship issues can add to everyday pressures and responsibility – making us tired, worn out and feeling low. But is feeling highly overstressed and fatigued normal? How do we recognise the difference between general stress and unhealthy stress, and what are the long-term effects?
