There’s a new member of the Cambridge family and Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge are besotted.
A gorgeous wee black cocker spaniel puppy is helping them deal with the sad loss of their beloved pet Lupo, who died in November. The puppy – whose name is yet to be revealed – was a gift from Kate’s brother James Middleton, who also gave them Lupo nine years ago. The newcomer is thought to be Lupo’s niece.
Kate, 39, William, 38, and their children Prince George, seven, Princess Charlotte, five, and Prince Louis, two, actually got the puppy from James Middleton and his fiancée Alizee Thevenet, 31, shortly before Lupo died. Friends say the family had hoped the new pooch would help keep the more senior Lupo active.
