I don’t know what it is about the English ‘upper crust’ that so utterly fascinates us, but the news about two great British sequels - Downton Abbey for the silver screen and The Crown - is quite an exciting prospect (16.12.2019). When I was younger it was apparent that the fairer sex was attracted to guys who lived on the edge - the dangerous ones, the rebels, boys who marched to the beat of their own drum. Unlike me, who marched to the drum I was told to march to. Which is not easy when you’ve got rebels marching and drumming out of time, and often louder than the official drum. Very distracting.
