GREY POWER
During the recent school holidays, we entertained our two grandsons, one nine and the other 11. After spending most of the day mucking around with his granddad, Master Nine announced to me in all seriousness, “Granddad’s just like a big kid, really, only with grey hair.”

A local widow ordered a funeral wreath to be made, with words to be printed on both sides and extra words if there was room. When it duly arrived, attached was a ribbon inscribed in gold letters, “Rest in peace and if there is room, we will meet in heaven.”
