Charles’ wool power Thank you for the article on Prince Charles and his endorsement of the use of wool (19.09.16). I admire him for his views on sustainability and how we all have a responsibility to play our part. When I grew up in the ‘50s, we only had wool. I remember how excited I was when my mother bought me my first synthetic cardigan, but when the gas heater sent out a flame and it caught fire, I didn’t want another. Unfortunately, wool is priced out of many budgets, which is something that needs to be worked on.
