Lamb Rogan Josh

1 large onion, finely chopped ¼ cup rogan josh curry paste 500g lamb mince 400g can diced tomatoes 400g can chickpeas, drained, rinsed 1 cup frozen peas 100g baby spinach leaves Greek yoghurt and warm roti bread, to serve 1 Heat an oiled, large non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 2 to 3 minutes, or until soft. Add curry paste. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
2 Add lamb to pan. Cook, stirring to break up mince with a wooden spoon, for about 5 minutes, or until browned.
