Jalapeno, Mango and Avocado Salsa Serves 6, Prep 20 mins 1 firm ripe mango (400g) 1 firm ripe avocado (250g) 250g punnet cherry tomatoes, quartered 1 small red onion, finely chopped ¹/ ³ cup pickled sliced jalapenos, finely chopped Sea salt flakes, to taste ½ cup finely chopped fresh coriander 1 tblsp lime juice Corn chips and fresh lime, to serve 1 Using a sharp knife, slice cheeks off mango, close to the stone.
