ANNIVERSARY ARTWORKS King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium are the subject of two separate artworks released in honour of the King’s 10 years as monarch. Ahead of the milestone, the Belgian royal palace released a stunning new photographic portrait of the couple. In the picture the 63-year-old King is dressed in his military uniform while the Queen, 50, wears a bright fuchsia designer gown topped with the Nine Provinces Tiara.
