LOS ANGELES, CA
Featuring the work of over 200 Native American artists representing over 40 tribes, the 28th annual American Indian Arts Marketplace will bring a vast selection of one-of-a-kind jewelry, fashion and art—as well as demonstrations, theater, food and film—to the Autry Museum of the American West in Los Angeles. The market, considered to be the largest Native art fair in Southern California, returns November 9 and 10.
Among the artists in the 2019 event are Vivian Garner Cottrell, Karma Henry, Wakeah Jhane, Renferd Koruh, Karin Walkingstick, Kathleen Wall and many others. Sculptures, pottery, beadwork, basketry, photography, paintings, jewelry, textiles, wooden carvings and mixed media works are just a slice of the work that will be for sale.
