Our annual Most Beautiful People feature has been a tradition for more than two decades. I can remember when we did it the first year and that feels like a million years ago and yesterday, all at the same time. Nashville has certainly grown and changed since then, and we have more and more interesting people to profile. This is really what I feel passionate about in my job. Our mission is to tell the stories of this town: the people, the places and even the things that make Nashville great. They have seen so little in the world, yet have been given one of the heaviest burdens to bear. In many cases, accessibility to proper treatment is a concern for these children and their families. These nonprofit organizations shine a light on the unimaginable struggles of pediatric cancer, helping provide research and resources to the community who needs it most. At the heart of Tailor, Vivek Surti’s singular and delectable restaurant, is the intersection of food, drink, heritage, and family. The Nashville Wine Auction raised more than $2.1 million at the 43rd annual l’Eté du Vin.
