It has been said that Praga is the fastest and oldest motoring company you’ve never heard of – but word is getting out. In an interview for Motor Sport’s Racing at the Movies special issue last year, Ben Collins, the James Bond stunt driver and former Stig, sang the praises of the Praga R1, which he was racing in the Britcar series. “It’s a new-to-me car but I’m absolutely loving it,” he enthused. “It handles much like a Le Mans prototype.”
