The first time you use your pump, there will be very little to no milk that comes out. Relax. Your body is not used to it, but if you do it regularly, you can trick your body into producing that extra milk. This will also increase your milk supply by a little. Our tots constantly watch us, copy us, look at us in order to gauge how they should act and what they should say.
