CHOCOLATE CINNAMON PROTEIN PUDDING
In a bowl, stir ¾ cup vanilla skyr, ½ cup high-protein chocolate milk, ¼ cup chia seeds, 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, and ¼ tsp ground cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate, at least 1 hour or overnight. Stir and top with ¼ cup high-protein granola.
PROTEIN PORRIDGE
In a microwavable jar, add ⅔ cup rolled oats, ½ cup milk, and 1 scoop protein powder. Seal the lid; shake well. Remove the lid; microwave for 90 seconds. Top with 1 Tbsp PB, fresh berries, and a drizzle of honey.
PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
In a blender, combine 6 oz plain or vanilla yogurt, ½ cup milk, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 2 Tbsp peanut butter, and 1 frozen banana or 1 cup ice. Blend till smooth.
