WHAT IT IS
MIND is short for Mediterranean-DASH Interventionfor Neurodegenerative Delay. (Yeah, a doozy.) Basically, on the MIND diet you’re taking in bushels of brain-aiding grains, greens, berries, fish and even a little wine.
