In this fast-paced bodyweight session, you’ll improve your endurance and general athleticism by working in all directions. Perform three rounds of these five exercises for 15 minutes of varied, functional training. Get ready to squat, press, lunge and jump your way to a body capable of excelling in any fitness challenge.
01 \ SQUAT HOOK
40SEC WORK, 20SEC REST Standing tall with your fists clenched, drop into a full squat (A). Drive upward; then, just before your legs are fully extended, swing your left arm to throw a hook, twisting your body in the same direction (B). For your next squat, throw the hook with your right hand. Work for 40 seconds, rest for 20 seconds, then move on to the skaters.
