1 Real lemon pepper
In a bowl, mix a good pour of olive oil, the juice of ½ a lemon, a fistful of chopped herbs (parsley, rosemary, chives, thyme) and salt and pepper. After you cook the chicken (above right) slice it and top with the mix.
2 Garlic ginger soy
In a bowl, mix 2 pours of soy sauce, a lil’ sesame oil, a pour of rice vinegar, a drizzle of honey, 2 minced garlic cloves, a thumb-sized knob of ginger (minced) and a sriracha squirt. Use as marinade or sauce.
3 Rex-Mex
