I made my first Irish Chain quilt this summer, and I loved the fact that you could strip piece it. It went together so quickly, with no fabric waste, and no triangles or other difficult shapes to cut or piece. I decided this would be a new favorite pattern for me! After that quilt, I realized there was a lot of background, or negative space, that could be utilized for something fun. In this case, that something was the little bunny appliqué!
