Hello, all. Well, it’s another celebratory time of year – Easter! Of course, one of Easter’s traditions, along with all the chocolate, eggs and hot cross buns, is eating seafood. So we’ve bypassed the former this year and instead provided a great catch of terrific fishy recipes, especially for you to have a choice for now – and all year long, really. And because it’s always hard to go past a good pasta recipe, we’ve added spaghetti con gamberi (see adjacent) – that is, spaghetti with prawns – along with delicious variations so you can change it often.
