What a difference 12 months can make. This time in 2022 we were all struggling with ridiculous vegie prices as a result of the floods in southern Queensland earlier in the year.
But this year we've had amazing, mild growing conditions and prices of vegetables have plummeted. Beans, broccoli, cabbage, capsicums, carrots, celery and cucumbers have all been less than half the price they were last year.
Now, in a world where everyone is looking to make that family budget stretch a bit more, my best shopping tip is to look at our amazing vegies, as there is so much value to be found across our stores.
