LIME AND SPINACH CURRY PUFFS Preheat oven to 200°C fan-forced. Pour Vegan Made Easy Lime Spinach Dahl into a sieve over a bowl to remove excess liquid. Using a 11cm-round cookie cutter, cut 12 rounds from store-bought frozen shortcrust pastry. Place 1 ½ Tbsp of the dahl mixture in the centre of each pastry round. Brush the edges with the egg, then fold to enclose and press with a fork to seal. Place on oven trays lined with baking paper. Brush with egg and scatter with sesame seeds. This flavoursome member of the Salvia family flourishes in both pots and garden beds. As part of the Salvia genus (Salvia officinalis), it grows to around 30-60cm high and can be harvested year-round, if winters aren’t too frosty. In food, sage is native to the Mediterranean region.
