That practical, hard-wearing, masterfully constructed piece of luggage, which launched in the 1850s, was the first step in the Louis Vuitton journey that has seen the French firm become one of the world’s top fashion houses.
Now, following stops in Wuhan, Hangzhou, Dubai and Tokyo, the travelling See LV exhibition is about to dock on the shores of Sydney Harbour. From archival pieces to contemporary collaborations, visitors will be guided through an immersive and interactive digital experience that blurs boundaries of past and present.
