You’ll want to stir together this crunchy, tangy, refreshing dish every chance you get.
½ cup chili sauce½ cup fresh lime juice¼ cup Clamato1 tablespoon Creole seasoning1 tablespoon hot sauce1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce2 teaspoons kosher salt1 pound diced grouper (or other white fish)1 cup diced cucumber1 cup quartered assorted grape tomatoes1 cup diced avocado½ cup diced red onion¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro1 jalapeño, seeded and thinly sliced1 Fresno chile pepper, seeded and thinly slicedTortilla chips and plantain chips, to serveGarnish: lime slices
