ON CHILLY FALL EVENINGS, few things are more satisfying than Louisiana’s hearty comfort foods. And no event brings together the best of the state’s culinary offerings better than the rapidly growing Boudin, Bourbon & Beer music and food festival in New Orleans.
On Friday, November 7, event co-chairs, Emeril Lagasse and Donald Link, along with 50 of the country’s best chefs, will prepare their versions of boudin and other artisanal sausages.
