Football Craft Supplies: Cardstock paper. Brown craft paint. White tape or shoe lace and glue. Scissors. Paper plate. First, cut out a football shape from cardstock paper. Cut out one for each person that is making a finger paint football craft. Then, squeeze a small amount of paint on to a paper plate. Finally, have your little ones dip their finger into the paint and stamp it on to the football. Once the football is covered in dry paint, use the cloth tape or laces to add the laces to the football. I think tape is much easier to use than laces, but either one will look great.
