Improved quality and design have made furnished apartments increasingly attractive for families, students, tourists seeking long term lodging, patients of clinics and hospitals, and corporate staff, according to Ziad Labban, Chairman of the Syndicate of Furnished Apartments. “Hotels are becoming riskier with the changes in tourists’ nationalities and spending habits,” said Rawad Chaaban, Managing Partner at Studio 44, who also owns 35 Rooms Hotel, a three-star hotel in Hamra.
