LAST MONTH Jaguar Land Rover welcomed almost 500 new graduates and apprentices, making the car brand UK’s number one graduate and apprentice employer. Working in all areas of the business, the newcomers will play a vital role in shaping the autonomous, connected, electrified future of JLR. They will join the other 300 young people to take part in its graduate, apprentice and undergraduate programmes in 2018, 20 per cent of which are female, demonstrating the company’s commitment to attract more women to the automotive industry.
