When photographing people like Astra CEO Chris Kemp, how do you encourage them to reveal both their personalities and their influence?
Working in Silicon Valley, most of my work is photographing leading executives, enterprising movers and shakers, and wide-eyed entrepreneurs. Exuding confidence can often put people at ease, create trust, and let them know they’re in good hands. But mostly it’s being respectful of their time and wrapping shoots ahead of schedule.
