Twenty-five years ago, International Artist Publishing founder Vincent Miller had a vision. Riding on the wave of success of his magazine Australian Artist for more than a decade, he wanted to bring art to people across the world. So somebody in the United States would have the opportunity to learn about artists in Australia; European artists could learn from artists in South America—and so on and so forth.
