I think we may have begun the tradition of cutting up our favourite magazines and refashioning them into vision boards, around six or seven years ago. Most often, this kind of ceremony happens at the start of the year. We'll gather around a kitchen or dining table to reflect on the year behind us, and collage what we want to introduce into our lives and what we want to let go of.
