A PARALYSED shoulder, a punctured sole and a broken pelvis are just three of the injuries sustained by BE100open winner, Leisure Man (Seamus), over the course of his eventing career.
“They've all been self-inflicted,” said his owner-rider, Jessica Zajda, who bought the Irish gelding as a just-backed four-year-old 10 years ago.
The last of these, in 2021, was the most serious and spelt the end of Jessica's dream of competing in her first CCI2*-L at Blair Castle.
