COLOUR, TEXTURE AND TOUGH PERFORMERS
Summer is the season for bold planting. If your beds are looking tired, fill them with heat-tolerant stars such as Bidens, alyssum, gaura, hibiscus or cone flower (Echinacea). For a quick splash of colour, plant zinnia, petunia, marigold and gazania seedlings. And don’t forget the shady spots – perfect for ribbon bush (Hypoestes aristata), impatiens, lobelias or begonias.
