INGREDIENTS
500g beef mince½ cup (125ml) grated Parmesan½ cup (125ml) panko breadcrumbs½ tsp (2.5ml) fennel seeds, crusheda large pinch of dried thyme1 egg, beaten lightly1 clove garlic, crushed⅓ cup (80ml) arrabiata pasta sauce75g mozzarella, sliced thinly½ medium baby marrow, sliced6 thin asparagus, halved lengthways and crossways100g brown mushrooms, sliced thinly75g chorizo, sliced thinly¼ cup (60ml) fresh basil
METHOD
1 Preheat a 6.2L/1.2kg capacity air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes.
2 Combine the beef, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, fennel, thyme, egg and garlic in a bowl; season to taste.
3 Flatten the mince mixture to form an 18cm round on a 22cm baking paper round.
