Tape off the harp, bulb socket, and cord with painter’s tape, and spray-paint the base white. Remove the tape while the paint is still wet. Let dry. 2. Pull apart a few graphic paper napkins, keeping only the top layer of each one. Iron on a very low setting to remove any creases. 3.
