The dark, sexy vibe and 33rd level vantage point of gastro-bar Cook & Brew make it such an ideal locale for a long, indulgent dinner of roasts and wines that we’re surprised its new Saturday Night Roasts promotion wasn’t introduced earlier. Still, better late than never! The promotion, which is available only once a month (a pity, we say), introduces live carving stations that showcase three different types of roasts – a prime rib-eye, the catch of the day and a speciality roast – from a selection that includes salmon, sea bass, pork loin, suckling pig, and turkey and veal loin. Besides unlimited servings of the meats (the smoked pork loin, in particular, is memorable), each table gets two cold plates, two starch options, three vegetable dishes…
