Stoke Park, the luxury hotel, country club and spa in Buckinghamshire, recently played host to 7 Chefs, 7 Courses, a private dinner showcasing the best of Quality Standard Mark (QSM) certified British beef and lamb.
For the occasion, Stoke Park’s executive chef Chris Wheeler joined forces with his friend and ex-boss Jean-Christophe Novelli (together, above)and fellow chefs (pictured below right, from left) MasterChef: The Professionals finalist Louisa Ellis, the All England Club’s Robert Kennedy, The Miller of Mansfield’s Nick Galer, Dez Turland and Hari Ghotra, with each chef cooking one course – the recipe for Chris Wheeler’s own exquisite dish is shown opposite.
After each course was served, the chef met the diners and answered questions about their creations.
