LADY ALEX COOKIES ‘This cookie takes no prisoners and demands your full attention – like its fabulous hostess namesake’ Makes 12 cookies INGREDIENTS • 500g/1lb 2oz shop-bought black sugarpaste • 12 classic cookies (see recipe) • 125g/4½oz royal icing sugar • Teal food colouring paste • Violet food colouring paste 1.
