Mixed berry overnight oats
Serves 2 Time to make 15 mins, plus overnight chilling

1 small ripe banana4 strawberries¾ cup reduced-fat Greek-style yoghurt⅔ cup rolled oats1 teaspoon honey1 tablespoon freeze-dried raspberries, plus extra to garnish (optional)⅔ cup reduced fat milk (or plant-based alternative)1 teaspoon raspberry jam¾ cup mixed berries, eg, blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted 1 In a food processor, blitz banana, the 4 strawberries and half a cup of the yoghurt until smooth. Spoon between two glasses or jars. Cover and chill overnight in fridge.
