RIGATONI WITH BROCCOLI & FETA

250g rigatoni 2 garlic cloves, sliced 500g broccoli, cut into florets 1 x 400g can chickpeas, rinsed and drained 200g frozen edamame beans, thawed 200g frozen spinach, thawed Zest and juice of 2 lemons 80g reduced-fat feta, crumbled Handful fresh flatleaf parsley, to garnish 1 Cook the pasta according to instructions on the packet. 2 Meanwhile, spray a saucepan with oil, set over a medium-high heat. Add garlic and broccoli; sautée, for 2 minutes. Add the chickpeas, the edamame and spinach, and sautée for 3 minutes.
