2½ tablespoons mirin
1 garlic clove, crushed
4 x 125g lean pork loin steaks
1 long red chilli, seeded, finely chopped
¼ Chinese cabbage (wombok), trimmed, shredded
1 bunch pak choy, trimmed, thinly sliced
2 medium carrots, peeled, grated
½ cup mint leaves, plus extra to serve
4 small radishes, trimmed, thinly sliced
1 x 500g pouch microwavable brown rice, to serve
