Perimenopause stopped Petra Coveney in her tracks aged 45. At a time when menopause wasn’t widely discussed, and unable to find the self-help information she needed, Petra immersed herself in a journey of research, education and self-healing that eventually led to the foundation of Menopause Yoga, which supports women through perimenopause, menopause and post menopause with classes targeting the symptoms and long-term side effects that come from hormonal changes of midlife.
