BACK ON TRACK
Thank you so much for the feature 20 Ways To Your Happy Weight (October issue). During lockdowns, I thought I would be healthier and fitter but, as is the case with so many other people, I went the opposite way – I gained weight and lost interest in fitness.
I really want to get back on track now I am back at work full-time, and it’s evident that maintaining a healthy weight boosts mobility, improves sleep and supports emotional health. So, I was extremely grateful for all the diet tips to budge the bulge and kickstart my metabolism.
Starting with rainbow fruits and vegetables, powering up with protein, eating some fats, filling up on fibre, getting vitamin fixes, kicking caffeine habits… it really is worth losing weight…
