• Find something that you enjoy and make it part of your wellbeing journey. Dance, sing, walk, run, try Pilates, do yoga, salsa, head to the gym, swim, dip your toes into the world of open water swimming, climb, or do vigorous housework or gardening – the possibilities are endless, but you won’t stay on track unless it’s really something you enjoy.
• Make a plan. You have to schedule in where, when and how you’ll stick to your sessions each week, otherwise we all know it won’t happen.
