WARM-UP
• Rapid breathing (30 seconds) Take fast, one-second inhalations through your nose, and fast, one-second exhalations through your mouth.
• Box breathing (5 rounds) Inhale for four seconds, hold for four seconds, exhale for four seconds, hold for four seconds.
• Burpee ladder From standing, take one deep, focused breath. Perform a single burpee, then take a moment to recover and let your heart rate come down. Then repeat with two deep breaths followed by two burpees, and recover. Follow with three, then four and, finally, finishing with five.
