I enjoyed reading your informative feature ‘Recharge your Energy’ (July issue) as I was eager to learn how I could boost my reserves. I’d love summer 2018 to be the best one ever. One way I can make this happen is to cultivate an awesome body and mental energy to help me accomplish what I want to do.
Brilliant tips, such as scrapping to-do lists, shifting focus, reducing TV time, looking after my liver, having a life’s purpose and creating a morning ritual, will help create a new, energetic me! When these elements are in sync, each action, each day will fuel the next. Thank you for such a motivational article.
