SQUAT TO TWISTING PRESS
Reps: 15 each side
Works: Shoulders, triceps, core, quads, glutes, hamstrings
Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
Bend your elbows to bring the dumbbells in front of your shoulders, palms facing.
Keeping your hands by your shoulders, lower into a deep squat (A).
As you stand up, pivot off your left foot and rotate your body to the right, pressing your left arm diagonally overhead (B).
Reverse the motion to return to your squat with your hands by your shoulders, then switch sides.
